I combine ceremonial cacao's heart-opening properties with therapeutic conversation. "Platica"—Spanish for intimate heart-to-heart sharing—creates a unique healing container that honors both ancient plant wisdom and modern therapeutic needs. My Approach My training provided deep understanding of cacao's journey from rainforest to cup, including the elemental alchemy that makes Mayan ceremonial cacao medicine. I learned to work with cacao as a living relationship, facilitating from embodied wisdom developed through daily ceremony practice. My indigenous Mexican roots inform how I approach this plant medicine with cultural reverence and understanding of its sacred origins. This work recognizes cacao as an invitation to connect back with life itself, weaving ourselves into the web of existence. The ceremonial cacao I work with comes from The Mayan Wisdom Project and Ora Cocoa's facilitator trainings. These regenerative sources—directly sourced organic cacao from communities in Belize, Colombia, Guatemala, Tanzania, and Uganda, prepared to retain maximum therapeutic potency.
