You'll relax comfortably on the massage table as I use high-quality oils to ensure smooth, comfortable strokes. Swedish massage incorporates five classic techniques: long gliding strokes to warm muscles and improve circulation, kneading movements to release tension and knots, friction work to address specific tight areas, rhythmic tapping to stimulate blood flow, and gentle vibration to integrate the therapeutic work throughout your body. Most clients experience progressive relaxation as the session continues, feeling warmth and improved circulation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellations. Cancellations within the 48 hour timeframe are subject to a 50% fee unless the client reschedules a session within 48 hours of the original appointment time. Same-day cancellations/no-shows are subject to the full service charge.


All services complement but do not replace medical care. They focus on somatic, spiritual,

energetic, and cultural dimensions of healing and transformation.
